The only one thing is good in Anudip,that they provide on time salary only.

Can terminate you at any point of time. They do not think about employees future. They picturise themselves as great organisation but presently the condition is very pathetic.

...environment and culture. I have learnt many a things during this period of time. We get salary on time. I have never felt any job threats in the behaviour of our management or anyone who we work under. I would like to especially mention our salary hike, even in the pandemic period too. Overall, I would say, "Anudip is my second home".

...conomy. Great job by the company. People are so friendly and doing honest work. salary on time, and appraisal basis on work, activity and contribution.

I have spent lot of time here and found good in terms of management, people centric, great place to work etc. This is Structured org among others. growing. So did not find bad in terms of organization. By heart No dislike for this Organization.

Salary and statutory norms are superbly met. Very comfortable with time.From this point of view, it may seem it is an MNC.

No process of work.no centralized control over the whole activity of the organisation.very unpleasant atmosphere so far work culture is concerned.

The management is eating the company alive. It used to so good while Dipak da was still connected. But from last 3 years it's getting worse. Worked there for 5 years, some of the people are p@rv*rt.
