I thought that Management was concerned only for their gains but I must say that the lockdown changed my perspective completely. The company not only protected every job even though a lot of jobs had become redundant and could have been trimmed. We also probably got the lowest temporary cuts in our salaries in the industry. They supported in the toughest possible times. Our thanks for that. Work had also been fine. Most of the things are streamlined unlike few years back. Finance teams can be more accountable though. Work from hone is awesome is good and great that the company has continued that even after one year of lockdown.

Dislikes

There could be more Non work sessions especially as people work from home and we mostly talk work now. More people should be considered for International stints and not the same people again and again. Complaints are being heard that is good but action time could be quicker.
