There product is good. Nice value of the company

Dislikes

You don't have job security, they will remove you whenever they want and wont provide you with the compensation. They fired me during the lockdown and told me to give resignation dated 1 month ago and they didn't provide me with the salary of the month i have worked, Person will have to satisfy the ego of the top management to be in the good books.

...th if join you waste your some months. Need go daily at office for sales person. In natural disaster also company cut salary. No support for employees very very bad organisation

...field employees has to appear before 9:30 am & has to do market till 7:30 pm. Not giving salary on time. They put one person at HO to monitoring employees daily sales call. Giving 200rs/day petrol. So local conveyance expensive. When you asked for travel claim first they will check travel day call after they will release. As per HR policy giving 3 tier AC but they asked to travel on general tickets. Overall management is not good as other brand in same product.

About the sales support team..they are very lazy specially Mr. KEVEL AMIPANA..he is most iresponsible & unstructured guy in this organisation..does not bother to reply and update..even do not understand the issue some times..But act like MD of the organisation. Product wise..need to launch many more product in basket.
