Waha ke gm ka baat karne ka tarika, waha pe salary nahi bdhate, jo achha kam karta hai uski salary nahi badhti aur new fresher ko jyada salary dete hai, jisko knowledge rhta uski kam salary, waha source k according log rkhte talent ki value he nahi hai.

Zero work ethics & culture. Koreans do not think Indians to be humans. As per them giving lunch to people working for them 10-12 hours a day is an incentive. They do not care about whether employees live or die. There is a toxic environment and most top management Indian people are engaged in corrupt activities. They just want the staff to keep resigning so that their favorite people get promoted all the time.

...ans. Two managements are different and Indians won't be treated same as Koreans. Unfortunately lot of GETs are suffering with very low compensation and odd times and OT with same compensation. If are really want to join in this company don't think about timings, compensation & self respect and a lot you have to sacrifice. In depth company will start at 7:45 AM and ends at 6:00 PM . It's a remote there you can't find anything except rock hills. Nearby villages with less facilities demanding very high rents that can't be aford by a new employee of kia motors India. In this view you will opt alternative locations to stay and commute from the location. If you choose rather than nearby village it will take min 1 hour to 1:30 hour time reach company. Let's take an example anantapur as a opt city for leaving early morning you have to start by 5:50 AM means you can estimate at what time you have to wake and do activities despite you will end up paying high rents then actual. There is a lot of difficulties involved in company can't be accomdate in this. Important point to be noted 2 years training period and 1 year probation period after completion also no one know what is the future Considering all this don't waste your time in kia motors because of core or enthusiasm or dream. You will lose your precious part of life earning nothing

There is a lot of team leaders politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is poor.there is a bond of 3years before which you can't resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees

...k hours are more. But less meetings and focus on meetings agenda with timeline . Good pay and promotion policy . Employee policies are little below compared to industry standard but being a new company in india, many policies will be revised in coming years
