Khandelwal jain and associates has a good mix of all types of work, competent 2nd year articles will have an opportunity to choose the work they want to do. Partners, Managers and employees are very supportive and work culture is competitive yet fulfilling.

Dislikes

Female articles do not get many outstation opportunities, but one day return assignments are open to them.

Everyone is very helpful and working there is like working with a family . Due to COVID 19 firm has been shut down till 14 april.

Dislikes

Work life is not balance due to work pressure nd compensation is less as compared to others although work exposure is very good.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
