Hyderabad area management need to proper improvement Mostly bata team monopoly the total territory. Both area managers are careless and poor quality of knowledge. Most needed improvement.

As a responsible company they take care there employee though given the monthly salary & Mediclaim & PF on time . They arranged lots of Online skill development and training program in between lockdown .

The business police they have not fit in this current scenario . And they don’t have any futuristic planning for growth of business & employee self development .

Well khadims is a company where you can get a family environment from top to bottom management. Seniors are supportive and polite .

In retail you don't have shift , apart from that salary is not as per the amount of hours you are giving .

Store opration timing in system 10:30 to 9:30 and same time of manager but A warning is given by the area manager that the store has to be kept open till 11 pm and no staff can go anywhere during this time. In this way, the manager is made to work for full 12-13 hours, in return for which he is given a weekly off of one and a half day. And Store hand over process so bad
