Nothing.. If you get into the KGISL you might hate IT work in rest of your life.. The worst company I have ever seen.

Dislikes

They not even consider us as an employee.For a 10k salary they plug 10 + hrs of work from us .Nothing to improve our skills and career growth.

Monthly pay was good, not only basic pay I got incentives too based on my performance 😊 and also promotions, Good environment, good friends and friendly team leaders

Dislikes

They promised to give weekly offs but they didn't, hardly u can take 1 day leave per month, shift timings, and also break timings, no Indian holidays, even worked in 12 hours shift, they haven't sent me my experience letter yet it's been 10 months, I've called several times but no reply From Them
