I was interviewed by kgisl for Malaysia location. I cleared all the rounds. After that hr discussed about salary unfortunately they never called back. It's waste of time. And before interview I was having an offer of salary x. HR aware of that offer so if they interviewing means they should be ready for atleast x .

Bad leads, Late incentives, laying off without notice, harsh work ethics and crunch hours, no job security, hard to survive, Bad after sales service provided to customer

I don't like working in kgisl and I was waiting for my contract to end and finally my contract ended.... and I'm surviving notice periods ...

There’s no proper way to communicate with employees. They are expecting people who can fly with low package. Package not satisfied always. Work culture also not good. Work timings…

...ate 2. F&F is not given on time and there is no structure on Exit clearance 3. In case, the person has not applied daily attendance then loss of pay would be initiated and it would never be deducted from the employee's eligible leaves though the employee has Privilege or Earn leaves 4. No appraisal meeting with TL / Project Manager / HR 5. No skip level meeting 5. Human resource department is worst in employee welfare
