...stemic prejudices and biases in a supposedly modern and progressive workplace. One of the most significant letdowns was the lack of fair compensation and the absence of any meaningful hike in salary. Despite dedicating my time and efforts to the company. The Promised performance reviews and salary adjustments were postponed repeatedly, Leaving employees feeling betrayed and undervalued. mostly the HR terminate the employees by asking them to do resignation themselves. It seemed that the company was more interested in cutting costs than recognizing the hard work and commitment of its employees. Moreover, the excessive workload and unrealistic expectations placed on employees contributed to an unbearable levels of stress and burnout. Request for reasonable work-life balance were met with disdain, with management continuously prioritizing profit over the well-being of their work force. This disregard for the mental and physical health of employees is deeply concerning and ultimately unsustainable. In Light of these experience, I strongly urge individuals considering employment at KGISL to think twice. Potential employees deserve better workplace that values and respects their employees, Promotes inclusivity and prioritizes a healthy work life balance. Meaningful change must occur at all levels, from the top down, to ensure a safe, supportive and productive work Environment.

Nothing.. If you get into the KGISL you might hate IT work in rest of your life.. The worst company I have ever seen.

They not even consider us as an employee.For a 10k salary they plug 10 + hrs of work from us .Nothing to improve our skills and career growth.

Monthly pay was good, not only basic pay I got incentives too based on my performance 😊 and also promotions, Good environment, good friends and friendly team leaders

They promised to give weekly offs but they didn't, hardly u can take 1 day leave per month, shift timings, and also break timings, no Indian holidays, even worked in 12 hours shift, they haven't sent me my experience letter yet it's been 10 months, I've called several times but no reply From Them

Nothing... A big zero.. only one thing they credit the salary correctly at the end of the month..

...ompany..Even if u r in ICU they will ask u to come in with oxygen mask and work. You will work hard like a donkey but paid only less salary
