I don't like working in kgisl and I was waiting for my contract to end and finally my contract ended.... and I'm surviving notice periods ...

The work culture, no pressure on job, friendly corporate environment

But when it comes to salary package for a complete night shift it's too low and when comparing to production hours it's too low and from my personal opinion and from other employees opinion the contract for 1 year with original documents, I don't prefer it to others, only if it is without any contract it's an awesome place for a fresher for kick-starting career.........

... TLs who use bad language to the associates if they are not achieving the sales. The recruiter will say high salary in the offer letter &once you have signed the contract they will say different salary once you hit the floor, this is considered fraudulent. Even if it is their mistake we have to pay to get back our certificates. This is not an office This is a school. Full and fully school-based culture. They won't do anything for their employees.

...ate 2. F&F is not given on time and there is no structure on Exit clearance 3. In case, the person has not applied daily attendance then loss of pay would be initiated and it would never be deducted from the employee's eligible leaves though the employee has Privilege or Earn leaves 4. No appraisal meeting with TL / Project Manager / HR 5. No skip level meeting 5. Human resource department is worst in employee welfare

Hired for Client They usually hires for their clients and doesn’t not bother about resources, once recruitment is done if the client tells them the resources are not longer needed you will ask to resign on the spot and hence lacks job security.
