I am working as contract employee with Bosch ..Today when I asked the hr of KGISL for maternity leave he said me that only employees those who get salary under 21k and are covered in Esic only they get the maternity..Rest other employees can't avail this ..As per government law I don't think this is applicable.. Please suggest ur views because this rule is totally new to me .

There’s no proper way to communicate with employees. They are expecting people who can fly with low package. Package not satisfied always. Work culture also not good. Work timings…

In case, the person has not applied daily attendance then loss of pay would be initiated and it would never be deducted from the employee's eligible leaves though the employee has Privilege or Earn leaves 4.
