If you are not graduate from a recognized university then you r nothing even if you have project handling skills, and putting your goddamn mind in it, no one will go as per your instructions because they think we don't have any specific skills we don't speak english fluently or you can we are not passed from a private english school, and if you don't speak good English you are uneducated, and if you are from bihar & uttar pradesh then you are uneducated as well. Only maharashtra people can work here and get appraisal yearly & easily without doing any hardwork. Because they speak each other in their native language. They don't respect any person who is out of from Maharashtra state.

This company's management is terrible. They neglect smooth functioning of office atmosphere. Inexperienced HR persons, commits too many mistakes in payrolling. They did have swallowed PF amount of employees. Management acts as goondles towards their employees.
