I work with like minded people whose ambitions is on how to get the branch of the bank grow and consistently make profit. The bank does so well in training of her staff. Weekly and monthly knowledge sharing is one that kept her staff abreast with information about generally the society and particularly the banking sector. Job security is one the bank has to look into. Currently job security in the bank is not anything to write home about. Career growth is the worst form in the bank. Nine years as a Teller even after obtaining my higher degree is not interesting experience. Salary appraisal is enjoyed particular set of the bank staff not everyone. There is conducive, peaceful work environment.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high- quality products and has a global merchant base.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high I have to work hours straight in a day as I have to attend merchant calls in the evening and sometimes late in the night.
