Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

I work with like minded people whose ambitions is on how to get the branch of the bank grow and consistently make profit. The bank does so well in training of her staff. Weekly and monthly knowledge sharing is one that kept her staff abreast with information about generally the society and particularly the banking sector. Job security is one the bank has to look into. Currently job security in the bank is not anything to write home about. Career growth is the worst form in the bank. Nine years as a Teller even after obtaining my higher degree is not interesting experience. Salary appraisal is enjoyed particular set of the bank staff not everyone. There is conducive, peaceful work environment.
