Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

The main factor is salary i am getting verry low salary now i worked in commi 1 but i got only 12 in hand salary so thats why i delike this company otherwise this is verry good property

Everything is looking good, very nice proparty

Dislikes

... don't want other states staff, no facility on food also for north Indian staff. They not pay service charges also. Very bad behavior by Manegment.

My working experience is very well at keys hotels. Working environment is very cool, Staff also very cool and well mannered. HOD also very well and very helpful to staff. Specifically FOM Mr. Anurag Gurjar and HK HOD Mr Prahlad yadav. I am very thankful to both of them. I have learnt lots of things from them.

Nothing to comment but I can say language is cause and there is a bond of two years which you cannot resign

One of the best company I have ever worked and I am sure that better than this company I will never find in my carrier, salary on time, benefits are provided on time, good working culture, you never felt boaring at work, fun at work, systems are procedures are in place, any one want to know who to run a hotel please work in keys keys.
