Overall it was wonderful experience with keys hotels ..where I learnt lot and i would like to mention their work culture ..they are friendly and open minded

Dislikes

Nothing to comment but I can say language is cause and there is a bond of two years which you cannot resign

My working experience is very well at keys hotels. Working environment is very cool, Staff also very cool and well mannered. HOD also very well and very helpful to staff. Specifically FOM Mr. Anurag Gurjar and HK HOD Mr Prahlad yadav. I am very thankful to both of them. I have learnt lots of things from them.

Low Salary and Poor fooding facility is a big issue there.

It’s been 3 years I worked with keys, it started well as usual but very soon realised there is nothing I can like about this company.

They are seriously not a people oriented company, just results is what they see irrespective of any condition of the employee. They have managed hotels most and they leave the GM to be on his own way to fight an survive with the hotel owners. The GM is the person in the worst condition in this company as he does not have any supportfrom the company for any thing saying it agin “anything “.
