...any, but not having any growth for employee due to politics with top management. They support in Covid time for salary. They deduct 10% retention amount from employee salary, because they worried about people will left the job. Some good supportive person in company. Next 5 years they will not provide any increment for any enployee and management ask people to leave the job. Sorry to say but not interested to work in future.

...e the new employee would be terminated or would be asked to put down his papers. Very sad salary structure for the beneficial of company and to make happy the owners by deducting 5% from the monthly salary of the new Employee for 2years. And as soon as 6month is completed, the next day probabion letter of 3 months extension would be provided and within 1month of the letter would be asked to leave the Job. The deducted 5% amount from the salary would not be returned back to the employee. Company and the management is non-ethical, not at all Trustworthy, not at all having any kind of feelings for the employees working for the company. Very much saddiest and toxic culture... New Employees should never ever join such organizations and ruin their career... Worst place to work...They are not worthy enough to get 1 star also for the rating... They do not deserve any star or ratings...To Satisfy and make the Owner Happy HR and its TEAM members are playing with the life of the new employees who are very curious enough to grow in their career path... So New Employees whoever reading this review never ever join such toxic organization and share the same with your friends and colleagues.

The company is a manufacturer of pharmaceutical machineries. The quality of machines are good. I get to travel abroad for my work. All visa and accommodation will be done by the company. I would like to work here.

Compensation is good, but the growth is slow for the employees. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence seniors will help them for training.
