My 1st Company. My seniors were helpful. As a fresher it is good company for 1year. Work load is less. Work- Life balance is good.

Dislikes

Low salary. No growth, no future. No increament. You will be permanent employee after 7-10 years. Low salary for permanent employees also. Management is bad and The head of Union is illiterate. Scope of Improvement is less.

in this company don't have any kind of future. don't have any kind of career growth and main part is they are gave salary in hand in cash. they don't provide payslip this is the main factor
