Keventer is good place to for the freshers. To start the carrier ,it would be good but not the best.....

Learning opportunities are zero..... appreciation is zero. No matter how much work load has been taken and successfully delivered favouritism is the key to get success here..... which is the utmost demotivating factor...

Understanding TSM, ASM. Also distributor damage support is good.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Upper management makes rash and wrong calculated decisions, work environment is toxic. Babu culture, no growth. Company holds incentive and daily allowances. Not recommended for youngsters, nothing to learn. Only undercut. No holidays, sometimes sunday working.
