You will get Salary on time, 10th of every month.

Dislikes

Strict 9 Hours, No half day on Saturday even, Not giving Enough Selery, Discourage employee if you learn new things, No youtube even if it's tutorial, Cheap Internet Plan, You can't listen to a song while Working, No Handsfree, NO Generator in office If lights went, you have to stay until Light came and finish your work, No Teambuilding Exercise, You can't talk to the opposite gender, Tea break fix for Male & Female, You can't take a tea break anytime, Overtime but no Payment or very poor Payment, You have to Do overtime of 12 hours in Month only then you get 500 and if you have overtime of 11:55, You are not eligible to get a single penny Only Male Nightshift, No Gender Equality, Very Poor Toilet, Very bad for Woman.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
