Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The training experience was excellent and a life changing one. Colleagues were too good and were there for every need. I got to learn several new things. Payment rate was pretty good. Got a chance to have friends from different parts of the state.

...ned institute there was a lot of bureaucracy going on. This effected my payment. They failed in provind salary on time.
