The campus is green & beautiful spread in 16 acres.

Dislikes

They don't count employee as a human being, never pays salary on time due to which almost all employee Cibil scores have collapsed as not being able to pay EMI's timely. No secondary source of income. They are making teachers to do all works, door-to-door marketing after teaching and working whole day. Make teachers call 100s of numbers, very unprofessional work-ethics. In companies either there is salary hike or no hike, here they decrease the salary as per their wish.

...ethics, highly unprofessional, insulting teachers infront of students and staff. Salary not paid on time sometimes its delayed upto half of next month. If you are a female staff and if you llwant growth than you have to compromise with the higer authority. There is no place for knowledge and creativity, people blessed with talent and knowledge are suffered most where unworthy and not well qualified people get promoted.

Not a good school to work in if you are a person looking for growth, their pf scheme everything is fraudulent.... They seem good but with time you will see their layers coming off. I'll suggest the school fine for freshers as they only want work quality well never needed as they can't pay.

Dislikes

Nothing to like, freshers go for it. Experience teachers drop the thought there is nothing for you,no pay,no appreciation, politics, all u can say it's kinda family mess.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

There is lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow

...ny policies are very favorable. Environment ir very friendly to work freely. Salary hikes and bonuses are provided at good level.
