Company is good with its work life balance. You get a very good platform where you can earn on your own. Company now a days are working on more training towards team building and collaboration. Overall a very nice company to groom our basic.

They have a very weak HR policies. Attendance is still manual. Organisation hirarchy after manager is totally blank. Managers feel stuck as they do not have any further designation further for them.

Don't join in Kolkata location, the seniors of Kolkata office is horrible, most third class seniors. They Snatch your sales order and demotivates to the new joiner. Literally destroy your life. But the Kerakoll management other than Kolkata region is so good.
