When we need job security that time (in covid period) they closed the full devision. There big political management.

Dislikes

Salary is a big part in keppel, out site company's giving more salary compare to keppel. Specially for sp3d designer. Whole year they have work but when increment time come then they started giving excuses about our performance, no project.

Exclent teamworks and impove workskill. The company provide on job training its freshers for very good learning skill.

Dislikes

Present condition of keppel is too bad for company workers. The company cut off OT and never increase salary.

I joined keppel it the age of 22. In that time i was bachelor. I got married in age 31 and now I have family. I decided to do career in keppel. But they shut down the offshore division. Now i don't have job. Keppel should think about us.

It's a very poor working organisation where HR management are prolific towards horrible hidden policies. Unsupportive working environment and useless seniors who had sticked their with their negative ideas and values. I will never suggest anyone to join at this kind of organisation .
