When we need job security that time (in covid period) they closed the full devision. There big political management.

Salary is a big part in keppel, out site company's giving more salary compare to keppel. Specially for sp3d designer. Whole year they have work but when increment time come then they started giving excuses about our performance, no project.

I joined keppel it the age of 22. In that time i was bachelor. I got married in age 31 and now I have family. I decided to do career in keppel. But they shut down the offshore division. Now i don't have job. Keppel should think about us.

It's a very poor working organisation where HR management are prolific towards horrible hidden policies. Unsupportive working environment and useless seniors who had sticked their with their negative ideas and values. I will never suggest anyone to join at this kind of organisation .

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
