Transparent management and planning, equipment utilisation , plants and machinery coordination with contractors and local bodies, good team work company policy are good. Company policy are good, appraisal are fair and give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 16-18 hours straight in a day. But now the company came under NCLT.

The company have many types of machines and total work have done by machine with higher technology and trend workers.. Company also gave to many chancess to learn and makes carrier for new employee. And no any pressure to do any work.
