The Company is open innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a pert of team that market reliable, high quality products. another plus point that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we we work happily in collaboration .There is job security for long term

growth is slow. revising salary also poor there is politics between inside firm to evaluate the staff

Very difficult to change your trade. You can work for other stream but your designation will remain same.

No promotions or any increments even if your boss make appraisal and recommends for you.This is very sad.

... insights on technology innovation. In house training on project held regularly. Salary is competitive with similar company and I am comfortable working for Keo, because we are protected by insurance.

Rarely is there promotions for employee who have been working at KEO for along time and preferring to hire new employees, even thought there are many employees who are capable of required position.
