During our tough phase i.e, COVID-19, company supported us. Myself being in a probation period got the advantages equally with the other employees. There is nothing as partiality in this company.

Extension of probation period and salary hike.

Kenya airways which is the pride of Africa has enabled me to gain valuable experience through demonstrating strategic communication skills,analytical skills,team work , time management and ability to lead the team. The national career has also given an opportunity to understand key core values what passion for one does entails, having an integrity in executing my mandates and promoting more secure and healthy environment. The national has also enabled me travel all over the world , handling different persons from different background during check in or during disruption management. These are some of the reasons which makes me like Kenya airways.

Dislikes

One of reason I dislike is staying in one position over the years hence it makes one lose morale.

I enjoyed working, however it was for short period unfortunatly Team, working culture was good but had very limited resources for expantion mainly due to its geogrophical location

Dislikes

Too many changes in higher managment and political presaure amd couruption on macro levels ....
