Don't like anything. Because of that I am carrying my family responsibilities i am doing work with indigo airline.

I my begging everything was going great. IndiGo has sufficient amount of staff and for a beginner i was getting good salary. But after some time when Mr Aditya gosh sir left this company. This company started Exploitation of its staff . Management is very poor . High number of flight IndiGo running in India but man power( qualified and certified) is very less. I management is not taking any step to look after this problem. Most of the experience staff has guit indigo. And many of them are trying to quit it in future.

I am thankful for the opportunity given by the company to me, I started my career as Trainee and they confirmed me as permanent employee of the company soon after 6 month of probation period. I used to give my 100 percent at work and used to stay back help my colleagues when they were out of Man power at work, I used sacrifice my off's and report for overtime at shift when ever they wanted my help at work. I was recognized by the company and I was awarded for my dedication and I was picked by the company whenever they wanted to train someone on different certification to guide rest of the employee of my department. I was truly inspired by the great gesture of the company towards me and my career. I learnt from the scratch and every year without disappointment company used to promote me to the next level and I had an opportunity to work with my super senior in the same role. I was extremely happy for all the good gesture company shown and rewarded me which second thought in their mind. If you want to build a career in Aviation IndiGo Airline is the right choice there is no doubt in that, if you survive the pressure at work in IndiGo you can survive in anyother airlines in the world.

Here comes the negative side of the airline, it is really sad to see a graduate is been recruited for the pay of 15k as salary for the starting stage that is Officer level, though promotion happens frequently pay moves like snail. I started my career for a salary of 10k per month. Freshers are been fooled by company when HR understands that the candidate is desperate to join he utilizes the chances and quotes lesser than the actual amount. If you are experienced HR gives two options whether you want position or salary hike. HR plays around with the candidate and maximum fools them later after joining from your other colleagues you will come to know there are alot of difference in you CTC. IndiGo payscale and slab are totally unique and they hide alot of things from the candidates and maximum they try to recruit in low pay scale slab so that they do cost cutting for the company and by doing this HR shows that he saved alot of money for the company he get paid higher for this contribution. The management team are least bothered about its employees and they don't hike anything instead they share among themselves. During monthly R&R with HR I had asked the HR stating sir when can we expect good hike in the salary since for years there is only fixed low pay slab he replied work hard for the company and for the company to survive in the upcoming days we have lowered the pay scale and utilizing the money to buy aircrafts for the company so that your upcoming generations can still work for the company. I came to know that there won't be any change in the company so called higher heads all enjoying by just sitting in the A/C cabin wherein here we are rigorously work day and night are not been benefited. Poor Management Team

Even in this pandemic INDIGO paid his almost every employee.. You get platform to be honest about your views. Those who don't even have jobs for them it's gd to stick with this place.

Growth and salary is very poor in terms of future planning.. Company will ask your views but no actions will happen.. HR are not at all supportive..

... is transparent. There is a huge huge cafeteria and gamming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the managment doesn' to address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
