Leadership has blind eye they do not know the difference between ethical business and unethical business. ABIs under cutting stocks in their to achieve number and flm has blind eye to achieve their numbers in unethical ways. Totaly worst company these. Do not waste your career in this company.

Politics at its peak! Few managers are very toxic that you would ruin your family life and you would go into depression! And HR knowing it all, are acting blind! To remain sane, the only option was to resign!

As I am on third party payroll , MEDICLAIM , Salary increment & DA are very poor . Till now the DA is 200 INR !!! 😑 In fact they who are direct payroll , they have also poor salary increment along with promotions etc.
