Don't care about employees professional growth No improvement in the way of working

Nothing is good in this company. I faced very bad experience in this company also waste my 1.10 years .

...ary and also company think if it's possible you will pay them to work with them. I left that company last year but shouldn't give my pf and salary on time and they took 1 year even I called them and send mails no one care about it. They also not give my full and final properly till now. If I talk about work culture then if you are in client location then company don't gonna hear a single word and make you like dog of client like if you want something then you need to talk with client. In my offer letter they mentioned we need to work 8 hrs but client forced us to work 12 hrs when we talked with them they said " apne aap dekho". I really want to take legal action against them but I stopped because now where I am is very decent place and also i don't have time to grab the thrush in my hand.

I worked for 4 years in this company. During my initial days, I got a chance to learn Oracle and deployment here. Good company for freshers
