I like to work in challenging atmosphere where different children came from different states and region. It's a great example of work in adversity. I love the atmospheric changes of the KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA provides to the staff and teachers.

There is no salary hike and promotions and no job security.

Actually I like farewell party, vaccination, vacation,salary,kids, announcements , programme new cultural teachers

I don't like adult students activity who are seeing me badly abusing in the bathroom flirting with young girls write abusive words on the wall of the bathroom The management also attached with this group actually 1 girl captain or 1 boy captain planning together that how could they doing flirting those who are new and have no group, specially in NKj 2 Katni ,1stv jabalpur where a examiner doing all work of H.M. and pressurise power by forbid work culture because she listen that gents who are her lover and follow all hints according to that person also criticised my work culture my habits or my posture getting laughing at that moment actually their girl captain setting with wise principal mam or planning of physical assault also I am unsatisfied their first aid nurses activities who all time calling or involving personally suggest kids,also H.M. and parents closed like family bonding or secret touch also security guards or their expressions or murmuring with strange people,may be physically or other also panel list all time waiting or no vacancy when I am getting no.6 in hatta kvs,kvs4 saugor also selection process of contractual primary teacher

Dislikes

The only disadantage of working in kvs on contractual basis is you will be removed/discharged as soon as permanent faculty joins the vacant post. It may be within a month or a year ,so their is no permanency or can say job security on contractual based vacancies ,for job security one has to wait for the permanent vacancies which comes after every 3 to 4 years and nothing is better then being permanent faculty in kvs. It pays well and yes it gives job security too when its permanent post.

Good Work culture. TEAMMATES are supportive and the management is transparent.Gaming arcade for chilling.Company polices are good.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.On the job training is not given the certificates.

Work culture is good. Rest of the things are very poor. Eg. No job security, no work no pay (where school has near about 2 months holiday - you won't get paid), contract applicable for 11 months instead of 12.

Dislikes

... security and payment policies. No other benefits given to contractual teachers. Moreover they cut TDS from your salary, without any pay-slip.
