Nothing. No work ethic, no job security, firing without any concrete reasons, will never ever give your bonus. The co founders are nice people who actually care about it but people just below them are absolute ghouls.

Dislikes

Company has no projects, they will make you do same projects for repeatedly for different countries. They will fire people without any reasoning. People who report to the co founders are the real culprits who are responsible for a very hostile work environment. Many good people leave the organization because of this. Promises won't be kept in terms of work and incentive, you will have to do everything. They have no access to databases, they use the account of freshly graduated MBA students to access certain databases Overall please avoid going there. Not a very good place to be at.

filling EOD daily is like micromanagement and if we miss it then there is a salary deduction for that month and get the same in next payroll

Diversity: The variety of projects I got to work on was very diversified. That helps in opening up the mind and thinking from different perspectives. Client exposure: Also got to work on a few client reports which rarely happens in most companies at a junior position. Recognition: Received due recognition for my work. Future prospects: Extremely useful experience if looking to build a career in market research, consulting or even marketing.

...ate handling manager level workload but you will still be paid associate salary. Salary cuts are often and many. Even being 10-15 minutes late can get you marked unless you 'compensate' for that time later on. Leaves: Not many official leaves offered except for national holidays. Work from home: Usually not given unless there's an emergency. And since you probably will not have your own laptop, you can't work from home anyway. Facilities: No proper cafeteria, no in-office restroom. Employee satisfaction: Very low. People are mostly there only till they find the next opportunity. Overall: Ken Research functions as a very constricted company. According to me, the employees are very under-valued not just in terms of pay but also in terms of acknowledgment. Office politics is rampant. Senior leadership is not receptive to feedback at all.

...after seeing the emails, do not accept calls or revert back on reaching out 2. Delays in salary disbursement without any notice 3. Deducts salary without any information or explanation 4. Holds salary without legal documentation during entire notice period 5. Randomly change policies every month which are not employee friendly, also are not legally binding 6. No focus on individual learning or development, only target is to publish reports without any quality 7. Senior Consultants and Consultants ask the team to copy data from other company’s or competitors reports 8. Pathetic in-house MIS reporting platform, IT does not resolve any issues, accounts department lives in their own world 9. They have declared themselves in loss with the banks 10. Don’t even have appropriate office location

Pay cuts, has given many employees sabbatical leave, due to Which many resigned. Does respect the employees and their work. I would have given a zero if that was an option here.

Dislikes

Liked nothing. No benefits. No problem training. Organization has biased mentors. And it goes on and on
