Nothing. No work ethic, no job security, firing without any concrete reasons, will never ever give your bonus. The co founders are nice people who actually care about it but people just below them are absolute ghouls.

Dislikes

Company has no projects, they will make you do same projects for repeatedly for different countries. They will fire people without any reasoning. People who report to the co founders are the real culprits who are responsible for a very hostile work environment. Many good people leave the organization because of this. Promises won't b e kept in terms of work and incentive, you will have to do everything. filling EOD daily is like micromanagement and if we miss it then there is a salary deduction for that month and get the same in next payroll

They have a good on-boarding process. The Management is quite supportive. The work culture is nice. Salary is given on time. Great Learning and growth.

Diversity: The variety of projects I got to work on was very diversified. That helps in opening up the mind and thinking from different perspectives. No work-life balance: You are expected to work overtime and on weekends without pay. Work: Sometimes, you are asked to collect information that is genuinely impossible to find or calculate. This is generally not tolerated. The kind of tech and softwares that are used need to be updated as well. Company culture: Employers are highly distrustful of employees. Outings are there but since no one has really bonded with one another, it doesn't really work. Employees are forced to participate in such events. If you don't come, your salary for the day will not be given. Management: Some of the mentors are great. However, senior leadership believes in micro-management down to the very last detail. Resource availability: Very poor. It is hard to get phones or laptops as and when needed. Have to run it by manager, senior manager and their accounts person to even just get a notebook. HR: HR is only there to try and hire people. Employee sentiments are never taken into account. Salary: Given according to position and not meritocracy. You could be an associate handling manager level workload but you will still be paid associate salary<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary cuts are often and many</mark>. Even being 10-15 minutes late can get you marked unless you 'compensate' for that time later on. Leaves: Not many official leaves offered except for national holidays. Work from home: Usually not given unless there's an emergency. And since you probably will not have your own laptop, you can't work from home anyway. Facilities: No proper cafeteria, no in-office restroom. Employee satisfaction: Very low. People are mostly there only till they find the next opportunity. Overall: Ken Research functions as a very constricted company. According to me, the employees are very under-valued not just in terms of pay but also in terms of acknowledgment. 1. HRs do not respond to employee’s grievances even after seeing the emails, do not accept calls or revert back on reaching out 2. Delays in salary disbursement without any notice 3. Deducts salary without any information or explanation 4. Holds salary without legal documentation duri ng entire notice period 5. Randomly change policies every month which are not employee friendly, also are not legally binding 6. No focus on individual learning or development, only target is to publish reports without any quality 7. Senior Consultants and Consultants ask the team to copy data from other company’s or competitors reports 8.
