Kemwell does have good HR policies which are employee friendly. But work satisfaction is very low as they expect to do some random work which actually does not have any relation with your skills.

Poor salary in comparison to work load Lots of Favouritism by managers. Poor chances of promotions n growth. lots of people that r not worthy to be in the position they r in. No recognition & appreciation for hardwork. worst food and mess. take Msc. freshers as a trainee for 1 year with very poor salary structure and permonth salary is too low than CTC. Some managers do not know how to treat subordinates and management do not know how to encourage people to come up n talk against such issues. Boring, stressful and dull work environment No ola uber is available from companies location.Outskirt Long working hours

Work culture is excellent which provide a very healthy environment and mindset for growth of an individual . The talent pool of employees in the company is of high quality with respect to knowledge, expertise at work and ethical work place behaviour. Employees have a sense of conservation of resources and respect for each other's timelines of work . Food quality and quantity is descent with respect to charges. Transport facility is as per the employee requirement. Meetings are always time bound and result oriented. Employees across hierarchy are approachable and humble.

Transport facility is a bit expensive. Canteen seating facility is shabby with out air conditioning.

Due to inadequate members, person will get more exposure to learn.

Dislikes

*No work life balance. Extending after working hours is common. *One must be available 24*7 , if you are denying then the same will be reflected in your appraisal. *There is no job security, even if the person is working properly. *The hiring process is very slow, the existing members have to extend and come on weekend to complete the task. *Internal politics is very much common especially at the higher levels. *The document approvals are manual including the standard procedures, one must go to different departments for signatures and most of the time people will not be available. *The lab set up doesn't have proper ergonomics. Things are not properly organised. *There is not security for girls if they are extending after working hours. *There is no proper professionalism. *HR policy is not employee friendly. *Canteen facility is also not good.
