...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Keepers association most unhygienic place there washroom are not clean there drinking water are not clean

Keepers association Worst 😞 company i ever seen people are not supporting and not helpful People are full of partially they support only selected people and give opportunity and promote them Manager also listening only there supervisor and agent too much jealousy with new agent and not giving much parority Some supervisor make there there gf with office colleague and support too much for incentive and other opportunities People can not grew up at this atmosphere The most unfair is they only give two off in a month and continue they call to work agents
