He will never provide you salary slip / experience letter / releaving letter even termination letter if he fires you from the job doesn’t matter how much time you spend in that company and will we the consiquences of these action for the employee when he went for an interview or completing joining formality in other company. And notice period is totally depend upon your LinkedIn update. If you really want to work like a slave then this company is for you. He will block your salary transaction if you don’t want to serve notice period according to him and if you’ll get fired by him then there will be no HR Policy for him. But you’ll get to learn alot in this company and that’s the only plus point of this company.
