In this organisation main problem is that senior officer on site .they are not well behaved with juniors and HO not take interest in. So Hr policy make strongerand supportive.

*No proper response from HR, HR will not give any kind of information if required says they are busy. *No holidays. *No Sundays. *Working more than 11hrs daily. *Worst Project managers leasons only they favorite Staff words. *Newly elected project manager have full of ego. *Working on Sundays.
