Appraisal process too much slower. Salary given to below manager level employee is too less compared with task provided. Performance bonus is just for namesake.

One can expect an experienced team and good leadership in the company. Job security and work life balance is pretty good, as this is 5 days working company and Flexible timings in office.

For most of the employees, growth is very slow. Salary are not as per market standards.

My guidence Don't join KEC in FTA or Contractually. No any Family healthcare Benefits. And other facilities for FTA or Contractually staff. Basic pay is very low count. Your Senior On roll staff to warn to terminate you contract. Harassment every time for work with contract.

No clarity on Work from Home Very long wait time for promotion 4-5 yrs plus Chairman writes a lot of things about RPG culture, but it doesn't apply to KEC. It applies to other group companies only Very biased towards women employees No Sodexo, no tax efficient salary structure very limited benefits beyond salary
