They hire from good colleges and waste the human resource, they do not allow for skill development even during the training period they force you to work for their benefits.Forced to work on sundays.

Likes

Timely salary, Guest house, house rent, Admission fees for children. Family insurance of 2.5laks(very less).

Dislikes

*No proper response from HR, HR will not give any kind of information if required says they are busy. *No holidays. *No Sundays. *Working more than 11hrs daily. *Worst Project managers leasons only they favorite Staff words. *Newly elected project manager have full of ego. *Working on Sundays.

Company management is excellent. KEC business is diversified and works in Transmission line, Sub-station, Railway electrification, smart infra, waste water management, mega solar project installation , civil engineering works (big building like Hospital, building for big companies, Metro rail projects etc. Employee got huge opportunity to learn in every sectors. I was working in Transmission line construction work and spent here 13 years . During these tenure I construct 6 EHV transmission line. Management is very good and are active listener.they always take care of employees benefits.

...ear same phenomenon happens and due to this old employees also escape from here. Salary structure is different for GET and experience candidates.

Company is definstely not cheap and employee friendly , They wont lay you off unless you commit a blunder . Job security is very good and Timely Salary record is Excellent .

...ilablity nevcessary on sites . No proper individual assesmeny of performance . Salary is low , Work satisfaction is very poor , You may have to face Rage of the locals where projects are ongoing . No support from seniors during bad situations in field . Heavy Corrouption .

Bad lower management not appreciate actual deserve employees,policies are good but not implemented. Poor cooperation with HR team.overall poor carrier growth.
