Better than top 5 construction companies in terms of 1- Work life balance 2- Salary on time. 3- Job security. 4- HR Policies (gives you power even after complaining an Engineer by senior DGM they will not take action against you without knowing your POV. 5- Higher Management is good as compare to site management.

Dislikes

1- Compensation and remuneration are very less, growth is very slow, House rent allowance is 1200-1600 Rs. Per Month as per cadre. 2- Company gives back to back work to the small contractor which devalue you because they directly report to your Project manager. 3- Career growth is null even though you are a top performer. EDIT 02/02/22-: 4- Now company HR has started to annoying the employees at the time of leaving the org and not giving the clearance and forcing to complete 90 days notice period even if you are ready to pay out the balance amount of 60 days after serving 1 month notice period.

They hire from good colleges and waste the human resource, they do not allow for skill development even during the training period they force you to work for their benefits.Forced to work on sundays.

Timely salary, Guest house, house rent, Admission fees for children. Family insurance of 2.5laks(very less).

*No proper response from HR, HR will not give any kind of information if required says they are busy. *No holidays. *No Sundays. *Working more than 11hrs daily. *Worst Project managers leasons only they favorite Staff words. *Newly elected project manager have full of ego. *Working on Sundays.

KEC INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD. In this company salary is paid on time and it provides vehicle facility to go to the site and also provides guesthouse for staying.

There is no increment in the salary of B4S in Case International Pvt Ltd company

Company management is excellent. KEC business is diversified and works in Transmission line, Sub-station, Railway electrification, smart infra, waste water management, mega solar project installation , civil engineering works (big building like Hospital, building for big companies, Metro rail projects etc. Employee got huge opportunity to learn in every sectors. I was working in Transmission line construction work and spent here 13 years . During these tenure I construct 6 EHV transmission line. Management is very good and are active listener.they always take care of employees benefits.

Dislikes

...ear same phenomenon happens and due to this old employees also escape from here. Salary structure is different for GET and experience candidates.
