...f life to KEC ( SAE, RPG & KEC) I am not satisfied with the salaries I received. It is my personal feeling that the salary I received is not enough to my effort in the benefit of the company. I got several opportunities to interact with several clients I have argued enough in the interest of the company with the moral support of my highest authorities and I have achieved my target of benefitting or rather saving the company from loss or being deprived. So I am having a full satisfaction of my effort to build the company. Only because of KEC I am what I am today. I hope and pray that the KEC may grow sky high.

At times I have felt that the immediate boss is behaving in a immatured manner.

GROWTH :- It's Managers Company. You should have atleast one quality to Survive Longer With Consistant Growth : 1. Possess Professional's Degree, no matters how much knowledge you have. 2. You should always be in Good Books of your BOSS Having both is JACKPOT... CHALLENGES :- Some "BOSS KA CHAMCHA" kind of people think that they have more powers than CHAIRMAN Of Company. They are surviving without knowledge, doing nothing entire day, sitting ideally, busy in gossips & making plans to create Hurdles for Teammates, always intended to get constant growth. These rubbish people survive on due to above mentioned qualities. And Company Pay Them Healthy Perks Neglecting Their Deeds. APPRAISAL SYSTEM :- You Can Crack Duckworth & Lewis Formula but can Never Crack APPRAISAL Formula Designed For Employee. No Basis, No Wattage On Work Contribution Basis... REWARDS & RECOGNITION :- Again You Have To Be In Good Books if you want to be Recognised. Outstanding Contribution & all requirements are only like Posters Not Parameters...

...ation. Also senior's are very helpful and down to earth. Staffs are without ego. Salary in time. Growth is very poor. Work life balance good.

No promotion . No family accommodation. No food, mediclaim is very low.

They hire from good colleges and waste the human resource, they do not allow for skill development even during the training period they force you to work for their benefits.Forced to work on sundays.

Appraisal process too much slower. Salary given to below manager level employee is too less compared with task provided. Performance bonus is just for namesake.
