These rubbish people survive on due to above mentioned qualities. And Company Pay Them Healthy Perks Neglecting Their Deeds. APPRAISAL SYSTEM :- You Can Crack Duckworth & Lewis Formula but can Never Crack APPRAISAL Formula Designed For Employee. No Basis, No Wattage On Work Contribution Basis... They hire from good colleges and waste the human resource, they do not allow for skill development even during the training period they force you to work for their benefits.Forced to work on sundays.

Appraisal process too much slower. Salary given to below manager level employee is too less compared with task provided. Performance bonus is just for namesake.

Timely salary, Guest house, house rent, Admission fees for children. Family insurance of 2.5laks(very less).

Dislikes

*No proper response from HR, HR will not give any kind of information if required says they are busy. *No holidays. *No Sundays. *Working more than 11hrs daily. *Worst Project managers leasons only they favorite Staff words. *Newly elected project manager have full of ego. *Working on Sundays.
