Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

...thy politics, physical involvements and blackmailing with lower class employees. No timely salary and salary transparency. Making their own policies which includes not paying TDS, or providing required documents. Involving family members in official issues.

Dislikes

Nothing is tho be liked there. They haven't paid salary of December 2021 till date.

It is a good place to work as the Employees over there are Quite supportive and understanding. Working with KDMC is something which I would like to maintain as long as I can.
