Intially management was good as they had old contracts ,we joined with tank construction with co contracts so we get part of project 5 tanks , then with GS we had sulphur tanks which was completed in time and commissioned when company was sold they not bid and it go down as management didn’t bid all failures led to disaster just no money no honey

Dislikes

It’s totally useless well some go to KOC contracts lucky get salary or else the have eaten all our benefits Hr worst ,

There is no measures taken for COVID-19 pandemic, Company residence given for sharing to four candidate which is is not good. Leave policy only on paper but not followed same for all. No internal audit about the problem/concern raised by employee. If client say anything then they are ready to follow without any thinking its pro and cons. Work culture is very bad not providing any support and plan so employee cannot think of their work plan, not interested in developing new idea for commissioning activities. Poor management employee always remain in hamper over situation. Every day called on duty during COVID-19 on pick. Give only one mask everyday.

Dislikes

Not good Facilities, No respect with employee by HR department, and support service people also b project director, manager etc.
