Too much pressure with unrealistic deadlines. No job stability at all. Promotions are rare. Management doesn't listen to employees.

They tell me to sign Bond, if you break that bond then you will have to pay 2 Lakhs. If you denied to pay that amount then they will fail you in other company's verification.

...rk as a graphic designer in this company , so there is not much benefits for me. salary is also not good . plus, most benefits are only for developers. They say that there is flexible hours for work, but it is only a joke . in many cases they didn’t provide experience letter and salary . so i don’t think its a good company for graphic designer, digital marketer, and hr but there main focus is for only developers.

Management is very unprofessional, very very toxic environment I ever seen in my entire life. I worked for more than 9 hrs per day even though management was saying you are not working and they terminated me.

0 star for job security, and they even don't understand the serious problem as well, they order on their employees and force them to work. No skill development.

Hi all, I worked here..in starting they treated the employee very well after some months they started torturing their employees.Ceo of this company tourture the employees..one of the toxic company I have even seen in my whole life..planning plotting partiality very toxic environment they create...no learning is here and no senior is here to guide you.. they just give you orders and tortured you for completing on time.

Here position distribution is like a blessing, every senior employee is Manager, GM and AGM. Politics is very high in this company.

Avoid it at any cost. The future is very dark in this company. Worst culture senior know nothing except disrespecting others.
