...y,with a solid future in the digital marketing solutions to numerous businesses.It has been around since 2012,standing the test of time ;and it's compensation plan seems like it's right on.I am writing remarks because the value of the kbizsoft will be known only after working here or being associated with the best of the workplaces.Love the company's working culture .I have had a great comback start of my carrier at Kbizsoft.Even the mentors guide me to enhance my skills by offering learning portals in a relaxed manner.

Dislikes

Personally the company culture and co-employees are so good thet I barely have any reason why I wouldn't like the company .While the might seem the most obvious,it is often most difficult to put it in pratice. The company should look forward to putting their efforts to increase employees efficiency so that they can do better by reviewing your employees,asking them what you could do the helpthem improve

The team leaders are so cooperative and good in nature.

Dislikes

Work after office timings. No talk to others colleages when you're in lab. No cafeteria/pantry area. Eat outside the office at stairs or in lawn. No oven and freezer. Old generation desktops with 4 GB RAM and smaller screen monitors. Electricity issues. Not good for a growth oriented and motivated persons. You will spoil your skills here, you will never get what you want.

It has been a great experience working with kbizsoft for the last 2.5 years. I had great team leads who always helped me to survive, and I have gained lots of knowledge from kbizsoft. There were professionalism, celebrations, and other events that helped me to grow and concentrate on my work. Recommend to my friends and others for career growth !!

There are many things that I liked in my period of working at Kbizsoft Solutions like gaining knowledge, a friendly environment, supportive team members, and the Leaders always motivated regarding the work to improve ourselves.

Started my career with kbizsoft since 2012.I would highly recommend my friends to join the kbizsoft to build a professional carrier.Because as a fresher the company gave me the opportunity to do work as well as learn about the process equally boosting my confidence to take up to the next step in my carrier.

The company needs to look at the team routine, and see if there is anything they can do the cut down the task assigned to give employees more time to focus on higher priority assignments and should allow their employees to work from home when they are sick so they can maximize what time they do have available.
