I have learned alot from this company. Team mates as well as Senior staffs have got good bonding between each other. I am getting enough time to manage my life along with my work.

well it is little bit shameful to open up the voice about the culture in KAZMUNAI (i) pvt ltd according my tenure in the company. i felt happy when i got oppurtunity in kazmunai at the site reliance j3 jam nagar . and deployed as a sr engineer electrical and deployed for executing 33 kv cable laying . while before joining the company befor the HR of kazmunai ( Mr Arafath ) offered a good package and extra benefits according company and straightly said the if you want to leave the company you have to infor before 2 month and as well as we are also following the same circumstances for terminating from services . when i joined the company i was looking after all erection related and cable laying related works. they deployed a sub contractor for laying of cable arround 150 KM . worth arround 1.7 crore . unfortunately the project manager ( who is at the time my joining left from the organisation) .the replaced project manager named VASUDEVAN has joined and looking after site

Dislikes

the nature of the project manager reflects gradually. and starts politics with sub contractors for his personal benefits .( when i executing the work with the sub contractor is not able to execute the work properly by arising some failure while executing the work in front of the client ). then i told to him the contractors is not delivers the required output as per client schedule. the client also urge to manager remove the site engineer . then our project manager went to the client office along with me and told that sir i have sub contractors i will change the sub contractors and continue with them to complete the work . ( i was shocked ) he is not a decision maker ( till now he was not informed to Head office ) regarding . after came out from the meeting . manager was talked to HO regarding the deploy the new sub contractor . but what happens

I want to work again in this company because there will be chance to work innovation and latest technology.and all facilities have available there. About work management so, all works done by a good plane if you have trouble to work so our senior or Engineer they will explain with appreciate to the worker or any staff. therefore I like KAZMUNAI SERVICE company.

There are no on job training for freshers. sometime, the work pressure is very high.
