...ed with duties that span multiple departments without clearly defined job roles. This leads to overburdening and lack of recognition, with no scope of salary increments or appraisals. 5. Office Politics- The company culture is rife with office politics, with Senior Management including HR Manager and Operations Head engaging in tactics to undermine employee’s morale and foster a tense work environment. 6. Financial Non Compliance- Company fails to fulfil financial obligations to former employees by bot providing Full & Final Settlements, including unpaid salaries and essential certificates upon departure.

...ul 15 days at company, serving as HR,, I feel compelled to share my experiences. despite the initial allure of joining a company with reputed professionals and an enticing package, my time here has been overshadowed by glaring issues that ultimately led to disillusioning departure. Impressive Infrastructure, catering facility, amenities like drivers and canteen cook- they treat people respectfully.

Rampant Politics- There's a group called MD Cell with 6 people. they are authorized people who can hire, criticize and fire anyone at any time. most of the time they target employees and try to get them fired. Exploitative working hours - on paper working hours are 9.30am to 6.30 pm but the employee who work longer hrs are seen as hardworking. the company expects its employee to work 24x7 as company is paying them higher salaries. lack of transparency - they don't provide JD, Induction, policies related to working hours ,attendance, leaves, salaries any deductions, disciplinary actions etc Excessive communication channels.- they have 30+ whats app groups constantly buzzing with activity from 5. am to midnight. employees are expected to be responsive to the messages of MD and MD cell. failure to comply can result in severe consequences.

...ty, Always ask for Collection but not ready to understand real market situation. Salary Hold, TA and DA Hold. No Holiday properly explained by HR. Poor HR. Every time targeting their employees.
