There is a lot of nepotism and management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is not decent career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Mentioning few among 100s 1. No privacy, have to keep all personal bags mobiles etc. at gate locker. 2. Worst plant design, and congested workplace. Hell for a newcomer to understand flowdiagram. 3. Lots of storage tanks in a congested areas makes almost impossible to roam around and becomes horrific in rainy days due to third class drainage system. 4. No proper communication system like walky talkies making it a nightmare to find an operator inside the plant. 5. Authority thinks about production only, no caring for plant emoyees, even washrooms are uncleaned and not maintained and always dirty. 6. Canteen food is not up to the mark and poor quality. 7. Recent blast shows how casual and reluctant the management is about safe operation. 8. Most and most important: A few part of the Operator team is senior and those idiots think themselvs as manager of plant with worst behaviors. 9. NDO guy is beyond description, a real roaming spirit all the night. Catches someone in night shift even if he closes his eyes for rest and lots of harrasment. 10. No arrangements for sitting inside the plant for the operators and not even for ShIft Incharges. No AC available in the small office (may be smaller than the washroom of your house), only an old fan making more sounds than air flow. 11. Even while leaving the organization, these worthless HR forced me to pay a large amount of money to provide me the Relieve letter. *** Suggested not even think to join unless very urgent condition otherwise your life will be hell.

It is a good company to learn from. It is very good for freshers. Increment is also very good compare to Other companies. But bus facilities is not good

Accommodation is not provided. Leave is limit to other company so leave system is not good

Legal hours of working in India: not more than 48 hours a week and not more than 9 hours a day Hours of work at brl: 9 hours every day from Monday to Saturday, making a total of 54 hours a week Exceeds legal working hours by 6 hours. No overtime given.

The person in-charge makes us work more, beyond official hours.

Good for 1-2 years experience.. Multiple products in one Plant.. total 40+ product in one unit.. this the only benifit.. but company culture very bad.. so much torchering by manager and incharge..
